High speed computerized shuttle multi-needle quilting machine 

It's used for garments,sleeping bag,quilts,bedspread,blankets, and all kinds of cushion etc.

This machine is new upgrated model,compared with the common Shuttle Quilting Machine, it has following feature:
1. More stronger structure, and running with saddling rock line guide, so the machine running more   
   steady and patterns making more precise, stitch more pretty and less thread broken.
2. Integration structure, easier for shipment and dismounting.
3. needle bar and compression bar take rocker-style structure, less noise, less maintaince cost and no need to add oil.
4. Output is 30-40% higher.
5. Standard assembling is including original imported shuttle, auto stop device, and fabric feed-in device with fabric reversing.
6. During the producing process of high speed quilting machine, in some range of quilting thickness, no need to adjust the machine, more simple operation.

Function:
1.Adopt the advanced computer and mechanistic technology.
2.The needle bar running with needle bar frame,no need to add extra lube and avoid the matrials be soiled by lube.
3.Needle bar frame structure is more firm and durable,so that the cost of maintenance is cheaper.
4.Adopt saddling rack guide rain,steady running,patterns are more precise,lower thread broken.
5.Saddling rack and roller a sriven by servo equipment.
6.Principal axis adopt the frequency conversion device.
7.Adjust speed by computer and the speed can reach 800r/min.the stitch can be set between 2mm-6mm.
