This machine is new updated High Speed Machine . compared with the common non-shuttle machine , it has some features :
1. Output is higher 30% - 40% .
2. LED light can save energy .
3. Stainless steel moving stand mack cloth more smooth going , patterns are more precise .
4. Plastic roller is driven by chain , spring adjust thickness and don't hurt cloth .
5. It's easier to adjust movement by the new dial on the hand wheel .
6. Rolling speed increased to 1200 r/min , it's faster about 30%-40% percent than former chain-stitch machine .
7. Cloth going equipment with reverse function add to keep fabric smooth when fabric feed-in and feed out .
8. Add adjust switch to lock the brake . it's easier to adjust the movement and more safe for operation .
9. X & Y motor is produced by Fuji company .
10. Beam is heavier and updated the joint and link for adjust clamp movement , running more steady .
